Sel Roti is a sweet dish prepared in parts of nepal. It is made out of fermented, semolina, rice flour and flour batter. It is a traditional homemade ring shaped rice which is sweet in taste. It is mostly prepared during dahsin and Tihar, a widely celebrated Hindu festival in Nepal and Sikkim. It is widely served with main course. Sel roti is rounded edibles, compared to the shape of round donuts.
