• 1 cup fine semolina / bombay sooji/rawa
• 0.5 cup whole wheat flour
• 3 tablespoon freshly grated coconut
• 1 small medium finely chopped onion
• 2 small green chillies minced
• 1 inch ginger grated or minced
• 3 tablespoon thick curds/yogurt (use less if it is too sour
• 1.25 cup Water
• 4 curry leaves minced
• 2 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
• 1 teaspoon sugar or powdered jaggery
• As required Salt
• ghee or oil for shallow frying
