He recipe is quite similar to akki rotti & served with chutney, thokku, chutney pudi or pickle of your choice. Today happened to be that day..:d. K likes the rotti’s thin & crispy. You can make them thicker too but these tend to get kinda heavy on the tummy; you have one & your done with your breakfast, so we prefer it thinner, so that we can eat a couple of them each. Well i don’t really know if this dish frequents in other kannadiga’s kitchen’s, but for me it was a real catch.

- 3/4 cup Fine Semolina/ Rava – – 2
- 1/2 onion – medium sized finely chopped
- 1/2 carrot – medium sized skin off and grated
- 1-1.50 onion greens – stalks finely chopped
- 1/2 cucumber – medium sized peeled
- 1.50 Green chilli ’s – medium sized slit and fine chopped into bits
- 2-2.50 sprig coriander leaves – finely chopped
- 0.63 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 pinch Asafoetida
- 1 tablespoon Freshly Grated coconut
- As required Cooking oil – as per need
- As required Salt
