Directions : Roshopuli Pitha Recipe

STEP 1.Heat a pan and dry roast the semolina

STEP 2.Add the grated coconut and sugar

STEP 3.Add the cardamom powder

STEP 4.Mix well and fry for 8 mins

STEP 5.Set aside and apply some ghee on the palms

STEP 6.Make small ball for puli

STEP 7.Heat the milk

STEP 8.Add the salt and sugar crystals, let it boil

STEP 9.Add the puli

STEP 10.Cook for 10mins on low flame

STEP 11.Serve as dessert
