  • 1 Full fat milk ltr
  • 150 gram Freshly grated coconut
  • 75 gram Semolina
  • 50 gram Unrefined crystal sugar
  • 100 gram Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Lightly roasted cardamoms

  • STEP 1.Heat a pan and dry roast the semolina

  • STEP 2.Add the grated coconut and sugar

step 3

  • STEP 3.Add the cardamom powder

step 4

  • STEP 4.Mix well and fry for 8 mins

  • STEP 5.Set aside and apply some ghee on the palms

  • STEP 6.Make small ball for puli

step 7

  • STEP 7.Heat the milk

  • STEP 8.Add the salt and sugar crystals, let it boil

step 9

  • STEP 9.Add the puli

step 10

  • STEP 10.Cook for 10mins on low flame

step 11

  • STEP 11.Serve as dessert
