STEP 1.Firstly take a clean white malmal cloth and took the whole papaya and sqeez the juice from it...
STEP 2.Hang it for 10min for completely remove the juice from it
STEP 3.Heat a pan add ghee.melt thr ghee add the papaya and cook it in low flame....
STEP 4.when it changes the colour add sugar and elaichi powder and cook it till the sugar melted properly.
STEP 5.Add the milk and milk powder and green food colour.
STEP 6.Cook the whole thing and stir it continuously.
STEP 7.When the whole mixture looks dry add the chopped dry fruit mix it well and turn off the flame
STEP 8.take a tray and grease it with some ghee and set the butter paper properly.
STEP 9.Transfer the papaya mixture into it..
STEP 10.Spread it gently and spread some dryfruit..and set it for 1-2 hour.
STEP 11.then cut the barfi as per your choice.
