  • 166.67 g m Boneless Chicken
  • 0.67 Pieces Big onion sliced
  • 0.33 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 5 Pieces Big garlic cloves
  • To Taste salt as per taste
  • 0.33 Cup Mustard oil
  • 0.67 Tbsp Hot red chilli powder
  • 0.33 Tbsp Turmaric powder
  • 0.33 Tbsp 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 0.33 Tbsp coriander powder
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut
  • 0.33 Tbsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 Tbsp White vinegar
  • 0.33 Tbsp Whole cumin seeds or ground cumin
  • 0.67 Tbsp Fresh coriander chopped
  • 0.33 Tsp Sugar
  • 2.67 Pieces green chilli

Directions: Chicken Paturi Recipe

  • STEP 1.firstly marinate the chicken piece with salt, onion,ginger garlic paste,turmaric,oil,vinegar,cumin,coriander and cumin powder,red chilli powder,sugar. rest the chicken for 40min to 1 hour and cover the chicken with a lead. heat a pan and brush some oil. take the banana leaf and took the whole chicken.add green chilli,coriander,garam masala and mix it well. cover ta whole chicken with banana leaf and add it to the pan cook it with some oil. cover and cook by both side properly till it slightly burnt. turn off the flame and Chicken Bharta is ready to serve...
  • STEP 2.lastly remove the banana leaf and serve the chicken
