How to Make Thai Raw Papaya Salad Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

In the jar of the food processor add the grater blade and grate raw papaya to get 3 cups grated papaya for the salad. Transfer this to a mixing bowl.

STEP 01

To the grated papaya add 2 thai bird red chillies and 1 green chile chopped, 1 small bunch coriander leaves chopped.

STEP 01

Add 1/2 cup roasted and crushed peanuts, salt to taste and toss salad ingredients together.

STEP 01

Add 2 tbsp honey and juice of 1 or 2 lemons. Mix well and combine all the ingredients.

Thai papaya salad is ready.
