• 2 tablespoon Oil
• 1 teaspoon mustard / rai / sasuve
• 0.5 teaspoon chana dal, optional
• 0.5 teaspoon urad dal
• 1 dried red chilli
• few curry leaves
• 0.5 onion, finely chopped
• 2 green chilli, finely chopped
• 1 inch ginger, finely chopped
• 3 cup Water
• 0.5 teaspoon Sugar
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
• 1 teaspoon ghee / clarified butter
• 0.5 Lemon juice
