Directions : Quindim Recipe

STEP 2.1 - take 50 gms of sugar and 150 ml milk in a pan.

STEP 3.2 - boil it and add coconut to it.

STEP 4.3 - set aside for 2 hours.

STEP 5.4 - after 2 hours add eggs, sugar, salt, milk and lemon to the mix and whisk well.

STEP 6.5 - grease the mould with butter and sprinkle some castor sugar on it.

STEP 7.6 - preheat the oven 140°c.

STEP 8.7 - add the prepared mix to the mould and cook it for 45 minutes.
