STEP 1.1 in a mixing bowl add coconut, sugar and butter.
STEP 2.2 mix it well and gradually add egg yolks to it.
STEP 3.3 fold in the beaten egg white.
STEP 4.4 pour this mixture in a pie plate.
STEP 5.5 fill boiling water in a pan and keep the pie plate on top of it in a way that it is dipped halfway in the water.
STEP 6.6 bake it at 350 degree f for around 30 minutes.
