  • 0.13 cup Sugar
  • 0.13 cup shredded coconut
  • 0.13 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.63 No.s egg yolks
  • 0.13 No.s beaten egg white

Directions: Quindim Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 in a mixing bowl add coconut, sugar and butter.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 mix it well and gradually add egg yolks to it.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 fold in the beaten egg white.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 pour this mixture in a pie plate.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 fill boiling water in a pan and keep the pie plate on top of it in a way that it is dipped halfway in the water.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 bake it at 350 degree f for around 30 minutes.
