A crispy,easy.quick snack prepared from deep frying plantain slices. These baked plantain chips are a healthy, homemade snack for when you’re craving something salty and crunchy. They’re naturally gluten-free and paleo-friendly.
STEP 2.Cut and remove the the end tips of the plantains
STEP 3.Slice the plantains into chips like shape with a slicer
STEP 4.In a bowl mix quarter of water,salt and keep it aside.
STEP 6.1. Add oil in a cooking pot and heat it for 10 mins on high flame.
STEP 7.2. Reduce the flame to medium then add 2 tbsp of salt mixture.
STEP 8.3. Now add the plantain chips and stir fry it for about 5 mins.
STEP 9.4. Once fried take it out in paper towelto remove the excess oil.
