  • 1 Nos ripe plantains
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • pinch A salt

Directions: Baked Plantains Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel off the plantains

  • STEP 2.Slice plantains diagonally 1/4 inch thick

  • STEP 3.Add the sliced plantains in a bowl and add oil,salt and mix it well.
  • STEP 4.Preheat oven at 400 degrees fahrenheit . Line the baking pan with the parchment paper.
  • STEP 5.Now place the sliced plantains on the baking pan in a single layer. Bake the plantains for 10 mins flip and cook for another 5 mins . Take it out once baked and serve.
