How to Make Baked Plantains Recipe
Peel off the plantains
Slice plantains diagonally 1/4 inch thick
Add the sliced plantains in a bowl and add oil,salt and mix it well.
Preheat oven at 400 degrees fahrenheit . Line the baking pan with the parchment paper.
Now place the sliced plantains on the baking pan in a single layer. Bake the plantains for 10 mins flip and cook for another 5 mins . Take it out once baked and serve.
