Ingredients for Plantain Chips Recipe

  • 3 Nos green plantains
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • As required Oil For frying

Directions: Plantain Chips Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel off the plantains.

  • STEP 2.Cut and remove the the end tips of the plantains

step 3

  • STEP 3.Slice the plantains into chips like shape with a slicer

step 4

  • STEP 4.In a bowl mix quarter of water,salt and keep it aside.

    • STEP 5.1. Add oil in a cooking pot and heat it for 10 mins on high flame.

    step 7

    • STEP 6.2. Reduce the flame to medium then add 2 tbsp of salt mixture.

    step 8

    • STEP 7.3. Now add the plantain chips and stir fry it for about 5 mins.

    step 9

    • STEP 8.4. Once fried take it out in paper towelto remove the excess oil.
