It is very simple recipe made using few ingredients. It helps our body to keep warm as well as fight with cough and cold. Rich in iron and other nutrients. Very healthy for kids.
STEP 1.1. Take a bowl add in jaggery and 1 cup warm water. Mix it till jaggery dissolves in water.
STEP 2.2. In a big plate add Pearl millet flour, salt, sesame seeds and ghee. Mix and rub it with hands.
STEP 3.3.Add almonds and Luke warm jaggery water.
STEP 4.4.Knead it to make semi soft dough. Keep aside to rest for 20 minutes.
STEP 5.5.Heat oil in a wok. Knead dough again. Divide it into equal lemon sized balls. Make flatten ball from each part.
STEP 6.6.Deep fry on low medium heat until it becomes golden brown and crispy.
STEP 7.7.Remove it in a plate. Let it cool.
