Easy and quick recipe to prepare.A healthy soup prepared from snow fungus which has plenty of health and skin benefits and from nashi pear. It is a traditional type of sweet made in occassion.
STEP 1.Soak snow fungus in water for at least 30 minutes. Now rinse the soaked fungus and cut it into pieces. Remove skin of pear and shred it.

STEP 1.Take a bowl and add pear and fungus and enough hot water that pear and fungus are mixed well.

STEP 1.Add water in a pot and then place the bowl into it add honey date and cover the bowl with a plate.
step 4
STEP 1.Now bring the pot’s water to a boil and then cover the pot. Then reduce the flame and double boil it for 3-4 hours.
