STEP 1.Kofta - mix all the ingredients given for kofta in a bowl. heat the pan on a medium heat and drip a drop or two of cooking oil, and place the koftas in individual cavities. Drizzle a few drops of oil on each kofta.
STEP 2.Flip the koftas once you see that the bottom side is browned and cook further till the koftas cook and brown evenly around.
STEP 3.Serve hot with tomato ketchup & salsa dip.
