STEP 1.Soak rice for one hour and then par boil it using cardamon, cloves,cinnamon stick, bay leaves and clarified butter or ghee.
STEP 2.Cook till 3/4 done. Keep it aside. In a open flat pan add 1 tsp oil and on low heat add all dry Garam masala. Add chopped onions till golden brown(Keep some for garnishing).Add ginger garlic paste and saute.
STEP 3.Cook till oil comes up. Meanwhile on a pan add butter and saute soyachaps till light brown. Switch off and keep it aside.
STEP 4.Add curd in ginger-garlic paste and add all spices. Cook for 5 min.
STEP 5.Add soyachaps and saute. Add Mint leaves. Add barboiled rice and add drops of kewra water.Garnish with golden fried onions and mint and coriander leaves. Cover with wheat dough and cook for 15 min. on low flame.Switch off the flame.
STEP 6.Serve hot in handi. Your Soya Chap biryani is ready.
