Ingredients for papaya appam Recipe

  • 0.17 Kg Raw & ripe papaya grated
  • 0.33 Pieces Carrot grated
  • 0.67 Pieces reen chilli grated
  • 0.33 Tsp Salt
  • 0.33 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.33 Tsp Ajwain
  • 0.33 Tsp Oregano
  • 2 Tbsp Besan

Directions: Papaya Appam Recipe

  • STEP 1.Kofta - mix all the ingredients given for kofta in a bowl. heat the pan on a medium heat and drip a drop or two of cooking oil, and place the koftas in individual cavities. Drizzle a few drops of oil on each kofta.
  • STEP 2.Flip the koftas once you see that the bottom side is browned and cook further till the koftas cook and brown evenly around.

  • STEP 3.Serve hot with tomato ketchup & salsa dip.
