STEP 2.Add fenugreek seeds in it. Make a boil and switch off the flame.
STEP 3.Take 3 small papad

STEP 5.Take a bowl and a cup of curd, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander seeds and salt. Whisk the curd nicely.
STEP 6.Take a hot pan with some ghee and add some cumin seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, green chillies,kashmiri red chilli, garlic cloves and roast for a few minutes on medium flames.
STEP 7.Add the mixture of curd prepared earlier. Keep stirring continuously.
STEP 8.Then add the fenugreek seeds and cook for 2 minutes more until they soften. Add some water as per the need.
STEP 10.At the end add the papad bites and fresh mint leaves and coriander leaves and cook for a few minutes
STEP 11.Garnish with some garam masala.
