• 2 medium sized onions cut into strips
• 2 small tomatoes finely chopped
• 1 medium green bell pepper finely sliced
• 3 cloves of garlic finely minced
• 1 tablespoon KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER
• 0.25 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1 teaspoon black cumin seeds
• 1 tablespoon fenugreek leaves powder
• 3 tablespoon Tomato Puree
• 2 tablespoon Fresh cream
• 2 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves
• Juice of half a lemon
• As required Salt
• 2 tablespoon refined oil
