  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Pureed

  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Slit

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger, and garlic. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 2.Add onions and cook until golden brown. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 3.Add capsicum, green chilies, and paneer. Cook for a few minutes until the paneer is slightly crispy.
  • STEP 4.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or roti.
