STEP 1.Add oil to a pan. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
STEP 2.Now add finely chopped onion and green chillies and saute it
STEP 3.Once done, add capsicum and let it turns mushy.
STEP 4.Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till it soften up.
STEP 5.Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and garam masala and mix well.
STEP 6.Now add crumbled paneer, grate the Cheese and mix into it.
STEP 7.Paneer Ghotala is ready. Sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves and serve with bread of your choice.
