Ingredients for Rasbhari Mango Khandvi Recipe

  • 2 tbsp Mango pulp
  • 1/4 cup Besan
  • 1.50 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Condensed milk
  • 0.13 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Dedicated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp Pistachio chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cherry sliced

Directions: Rasbhari Mango Khandvi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take half of the mango pulp to a grinder. Add besan and 1 cup water and mix it. Transfer to a nonstick pan, keep on low flame. Add sugar, keep stirring continuously to avoid the lumps. It takes 10-12 minutes to get it cooked. Once it is thickens up, spread on flat surface. Let it cool down. Mark the cuts and roll it. In a bowl, add remaining mango pulp, condensed milk and milk. Combine well. In a serving plate place the khandvi. Pour the mango milk over it Sprinkle some dedicated coconut and chopped pistachio.. top it with sliced cherry and serve.
