Quinoa firni with strawberry compote Recipe

Recipe By Bijal Thaker

Firni is a traditional north Indian dessert prepared using rice, milk and sugar. I have used quinoa which is full of protein and fiber which also controls blood sugar. Firni served with tangy and mildly spiced strawberry compote which is just a perfect healthy treat. For the Sweetness honey and rock sugar is used which are just perfect alternative for sugar. Overall a dessert in a healthier way is served. It is an Indian cuisine recipe with a twist
