Ingredients for Soupy Macaroni Recipe

  • 0.33 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.33 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 0.33 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 0.33 tbsp Chopped capsicum
  • 0.33 tbsp Chopped carrots
  • 0.33 tbsp Chopped cabbage
  • 0.33 tbsp boiled sweer corn
  • 0.33 Pieces Chopped tomato
  • 0.33 tsp pepper powder
  • 0.33 tsp Red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.17 cup Tomato juice
  • Handful Coriander leaves few
  • 0.33 cup Macroni
  • 0.33 tsp Cheese

Directions: Soupy Macaroni Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pan add olive oil..add chopped onion and garlic and saute.
  • STEP 2.Now add chopped capsicum, carrot, cabbage, tomato and boiled sweet corn.
  • STEP 3.Once itvis sauteed, add tomato juice,salt, pepper powder,red chilli powder.
  • STEP 4.Add 1 cup if water and bring it to boil.
  • STEP 5.Once it starts boiling, add macaroni. Cook till macroni is done. Keep stirring occasionally to avoid it sticking together.
  • STEP 6.Once macaroni and veggies are cooked, remove from heat.
  • STEP 7.While serving add some gratef cheese and coriander leaves/parsley on top. Enjoy
