Rose Gulkand firni Recipe

Recipe By Bijal Thaker

#rice Firnai, a traditional dessert from North Indian region is very delicious. Its creamy texture is due to slow cooking method. I have infused natural flavours of rose and gulkand to make it more delectable. Gulkand also gives cooling effect to the body during summer.
