  • 1.67 Pieces Kashmiri chilies
  • 0.33 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 0.33 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.33 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 0.33 tsp Pepper corns
  • 1.33 Pieces Dried red chilies
  • 0.33 inch Ginger
  • 0.67 g Cloves of garlic
  • 0.33 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.08 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 133.33 g small paneer cubes (roasted with ghee)
  • 1.33 tbsp Ghee / clarified butter
  • 0.33 g 1(150g
  • 0.08 cup Yogurt / curd
  • 0.33 A Stalk Curry leaves for garnishing
  • 0.33 tsp Coriander powder
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Paneer Ghee Roast #bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.Roast the spices and grind them with turmeric,ginger, garlic, and water to make Chettinad Masala
  • STEP 2.Melt ghee and fry the paneer and set aside
  • STEP 3.in the same ghee saute onions and add then add the masala , yogurt and cook until the raw smell is gone
  • STEP 4.Add the roasted paneer and mix well with the masala
  • STEP 5.Add Curry leaves for garnishing.
  • STEP 6.Paneer Roast recipe is ready to be served as a side for rice and chapathi.
