How to Make Panchara Patta

STEP 1.In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and cardamom powder. Slowly add flour, milk, and a pinch of salt, stirring continuously. Mix well until you get a smooth, lump-free batter. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes to enhance flavor.

STEP 1.Heat oil or ghee in a deep pan over medium heat. Pour a ladle of batter into the hot oil, shaping it into a round or oval form. Fry until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through. Remove and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
