1 cup Oats
2 Cloves
1 teaspoon Fennel seed powder
0.5 teaspoon cardamom powder
3 teaspoon cinnamon powder
7 almonds
3 tablespoon desiccated coconut
8 Raisins
4 tablespoon Jaggery

Directions : Oats Kheer Recipe

STEP 1.Take the non-stick kadai to add 1 ltr milk.

STEP 2.Once it comes to a boil add the 1 cup oats a little at a time and keep stirring it.

STEP 3.Start adding the ingredients which will give this kheer immense flavor- 1tsp fennel seed powder, ½ tsp cardamom powder, 3tsp cinnamon powder, 7-8 almonds, 3tbsp desiccated coconut, 8-10 raisins, 4tbsp jaggery.

STEP 4.Keep stirring it simultaneously, don’t keep it still for a long time.

STEP 5.Then add the least refined sugar (bura sugar) and a saffron strand soaked in hot water.

STEP 6.Give it a good mix gently and once it thickens turn off the flame and you are good to serve.

STEP 7.Garnish it with some nuts and pistachios.
