  • 1 ltr milk
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel seed powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 3 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 7-8 almonds
  • 3 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 8-10 Raisins
  • 4 tablespoon jaggery
  • As required Least refined sugar
  • As required Saffron strands

How to Make Oats Kheer Recipe

STEP 01

Take the non-stick kadai to add 1 ltr milk.

STEP 02

Once it comes to a boil add the 1 cup oats a little at a time and keep stirring it.

STEP 03

Start adding the ingredients which will give this kheer immense flavor- 1tsp fennel seed powder, ½ tsp cardamom powder, 3tsp cinnamon powder, 7-8 almonds, 3tbsp desiccated coconut, 8-10 raisins, 4tbsp jaggery.

STEP 04

Keep stirring it simultaneously, don’t keep it still for a long time.

STEP 05

Then add the least refined sugar (bura sugar) and a saffron strand soaked in hot water.

STEP 06

Give it a good mix gently and once it thickens turn off the flame and you are good to serve.

STEP 07

Garnish it with some nuts and pistachios.
