Oats green garlic akki roti Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

My take on karnataka’s special ‘akki roti’!a slight twist in the traditional recipe makes it more interesting. Inclusion of fresh green garlic leaves and oats enhances its flavor and health quotient. Original recipe uses rice flour as the main ingredient, but i have used soaked and grounded rice. This variation of akki roti tastes amazing with a fine crisp texture…a good option for breakfast or lunch or for sunday brunch..green coriander chutney goes well with this….
