Directions : Mutton Gogji Syun Recipe

STEP 1.Heat an autoclave with oil and add hing and mutton items and saute them for ten to twelve minutes.

STEP 2.Add salt to style, a cup of water, turmeric powder, chili pepper powder and fennel seeds.

STEP 3.Bring it to a boil.

STEP 4.Simmer for five additional minutes and pressure cook the mutton for four whistles.

STEP 5.Once done enable the pressure to unharness naturally and take away the lid.

STEP 6.Add turnips and cook stressed for two additional whistles and turn off the warmth.

STEP 7.All the pressure to unharness naturally and serve hot.
