4 guajillo chiles
3 chile de arbol
2 cup Water
3 tomatoes halved
0.5 chipotle pepper
0.5 onion diced
1 garlic clove finely diced
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Salt

Directions : Mexican Deviled Shrimps Recipe

STEP 1.Remove the seeds of the guajillo chilies and chile de arbol

STEP 2.In a pot add the chilies and add enough water. Boil and rest for 5 minutes

STEP 3.To blend add boiled chilies , tomatoes,chipotle pepper,¼ onion,garlic and salt

STEP 4.Blend into a sauce and set aside

STEP 5.Peel and marinate the shrimps with salt and pepper

STEP 6.Heat a large pan with olive oil. Add the remaining onions and fry

STEP 7.Add the shrimp and mix well, Add the sauce on the low heat add salt and mix well.

STEP 8.Serve as a side dish with rice and lime wedge
