  • 1 pound large shrimp
  • 4 guajillo chiles
  • 3 chile de arbol
  • 2 cup Water
  • 3 tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 chipotle pepper
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1 garlic clove finely diced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

How to Make Mexican Deviled Shrimps Recipe

STEP 01

Remove the seeds of the guajillo chilies and chile de arbol

STEP 02

In a pot add the chilies and add enough water. Boil and rest for 5 minutes

STEP 03

To blend add boiled chilies , tomatoes,chipotle pepper,¼ onion,garlic and salt

STEP 04

Blend into a sauce and set aside

STEP 05

Peel and marinate the shrimps with salt and pepper

STEP 06

Heat a large pan with olive oil. Add the remaining onions and fry

STEP 07

Add the shrimp and mix well, Add the sauce on the low heat add salt and mix well.

STEP 08

Serve as a side dish with rice and lime wedge
