• 1 Medium sized onion finely chopped
• 1 Tomato finely chopped
• 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
• 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
• 0.5 teaspoon Garam Masala
• 1.25 teaspoon Salt
• 4 Mint leaves
• 1 cup Fresh fenugreek leaves cleaned and stems removed
• 1 cup Basmati rice soaked for 15 minutes and drained
