Masala jowari ki rotiyan(sorghum flour rotis) Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

A perfectly made tasty, wholesome rotis that tastes good even on their own without any other accompaniments. And what i did here is, i tweaked it a bit with the addition of kasoori methi and chilli flakes for a change. With sliced onions and some pickle, it tastes super yummy though. I served them not only with these two but also eggplant fry as an extra accompaniment. Finger licking food for a cosy dinner in winters.
