STEP 1.Soaked the brown chikpeas (kala chana) in water for overnight /6-8 hours.
STEP 2.Allow presser to release then open lid and drain all excess water
STEP 3.Heat pan with oil add cumin seeds chopped green chilies add all dry spices mix quickly.
STEP 4.Mix this masala in boiled black chana and cook for 3-4 min. Serve hot.
