Ingredients for Masala chana Recipe

  • 0.40 cups Black chana
  • 1/10 Tbsp Spoon cumin seeds
  • 0.40 Tbsp Spoons oil
  • As Required As per taste Salt
  • 1/5 Tbsp spoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/5 g reen chilli chopped
  • 1/5 Tbsp spoon amchur powder
  • 1/5 Tbsp Spoon chat masala
  • 1/5 g pinch Hin

Directions: Masala Chana Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soaked the brown chikpeas (kala chana) in water for overnight /6-8 hours.
  • STEP 2.Allow presser to release then open lid and drain all excess water
  • STEP 3.Heat pan with oil add cumin seeds chopped green chilies add all dry spices mix quickly.
  • STEP 4.Mix this masala in boiled black chana and cook for 3-4 min. Serve hot.
  • STEP 5.Thank you
