STEP 1.Mix 1/2cup milk and vinegar in a bowl. Keep it a side.
STEP 2.Now mix oil and mango pulp in a bowl beat well. Now mix maida sugar powder baking powder and baking soda. Sieve and add in a oil mango mixture. Mix well and beat with spetula.
STEP 3.Now add milk and vinegar mixture slowly.And make cut and fold method mix properly.
STEP 4.Pre heat pan. Take a baking tray grease with oil and put butter paper. Pour batter and tap 2-3times. And put in a pan. Cover and bake 35-40min. On slow flame. Check with tooth pick. Take outside. Let it cool on room temp. And unmould. Remove butter paper. Let it cool 3-4hrs. And cut edges make square shape.
STEP 5.For Glaze:- Mix mango pulp and water in a vessel add sugar powder cornflour mix well and cook on slow flame for 10min. Off the flame add butter and let it cool on room temp.
STEP 6.Pour mango glaze on a cake spread properly and put in fridge for 1hr. Garnish with mango slice mango chips cherry and Silver balls. Yummy delicious Glaze mango cake is ready. to serve.
