STEP 2.Make a chinni syrup by adding 1/2 cup chinni and 1/2cup water.
STEP 3.Boil it and make one tar consentency.
STEP 4.Remove from fire.
STEP 5.Mix beetroot puree in maida.at little water and make a flowing batter.
STEP 6.Heat ghee in a pan pour 1 big spoon batter and level it.pour 2-3 more.and shalooe fry from both sides.
STEP 7.Dip the malpua in chinni syrup for 5minutes.
STEP 8.Then takeout from syrup.
STEP 9.Paneer rabdi
STEP 10.Add paneer in the milk and grind it coarsely.
STEP 11.Add this to pan and boil it til become thick
STEP 12.Add condensed milk and mix.again boil it .
STEP 13.This rabdi make like kalakand .
STEP 14.Add little green colour to make colourful like holi.u can avoid it.
STEP 15.Add Caradamon powder.and mix.
STEP 16.Instant Moong dal halwa
STEP 17.Heat ghee in a pan add moong dal powder and fry for 2-3minutes.
STEP 18.Add milk and condensed milk.
STEP 19.Stiring continuosly till gethet.
STEP 20.Add dry fruits.
STEP 21.Assemble
STEP 22.In bottom put the malpua ,then paneer rabdi and moong dal halwa on the top.
STEP 23.Garnish with dry fruits apply vark is optional
