Ingredients for Dahi Kabab Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Hung curd
  • 0.06 Cup Paneer
  • 0.06 Cup Cheese
  • 1/2 g reenchilu
  • 0.13 Tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion
  • 2.50 g reen dhaniya
  • 1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt to tasts
  • As Required Oil for fry

Directions: Dahi Kabab Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.except bread crumbs.
  • STEP 2.Make desired balls .
  • STEP 3.Spread bread crumbs in a bowl.
  • STEP 4.Coat balls with breadcrumbs.leave it for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Again roll in breadcrumb and leave for 2 hours in fridge.
  • STEP 6.Heat oil in a pan and fry kabab on medium fire.
  • STEP 7.Serve with chutney onion rings
