  • 1667.33 Grams carrots thinly shredded

Directions: Steamed Carrot Fudge With Carrot Phirni Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel carrot and cut into pieces.
  • STEP 2.Boil milk in a pressure cooker and add carrots
  • STEP 3. 3-4 whistle and remove from fire.keep it till release the pressure.
  • STEP 4.Separate milk from carrots.
  • STEP 5.Grind half carrots to smooth paste.
  • STEP 6.Another half carrots grind with leftover milk for Phirni.
  • STEP 7.Add rice flour and again grind it mix well
  • STEP 8.Shift batter to a bowl .
  • STEP 9.Add condensed milk and vannila essence.mix well.
  • STEP 10.Boil water in a heavy bottom pan and put a jali in between.
  • STEP 11.Grease a any mould and add the carrot batter.
  • STEP 12.Put this on jali and cover it . And steam it.cool it
  • STEP 13.Carrot Phirni
  • STEP 14.Heat the pulp of grinding carrots .cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • STEP 15.Add dry milk powder and condensed milk and cook till it is thick.
  • STEP 16.Assemble
  • STEP 17.Pour Phirni in a serving dish.put the carrot fudge in between.
  • STEP 18.Decorate Phirni with dry fruits
  • STEP 19.Apply vark on top of the fudge.
  • STEP 20.Serve chill or at room temperature..
