STEP 1.Firstly , take a dip bottom kadai and add milk , sugar , cornflour , ghee and , food colour and cardamom powder .
STEP 2.Secondly , mix gently and cook this on low to medium flame till starts to thicken . Then add 1 tbsp ghee and mix well when starts to thicken . Cooked halwa and mix well
STEP 3.Garnish with finely chopped Cashew , Almonds and Pistachio and Elaichi powder And again cover with paper and roll it for just stick that dry fruit on Halwa and rest 2 hours .
STEP 4.Then ready our mahim halva cut and garnish with rose petals and serve it .
