Ingredients for Mahim halva Recipe

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.55 cup 1.1 / 2Cup Sug
  • 0.13 cup Cornflour
  • 1/4 cup Ghee
  • 0.13 tbsp Cardamom powder
  • 0.13 tbsp Yellow food color
  • 1/2 tbsp Cashews ( Finely Chopped )
  • 1/2 tbsp Almonds ( Finely Chopped )
  • 1/2 tbsp Pistachio ( Finely Chopped )

Directions: Mahim Halva Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly , take a dip bottom kadai and add milk , sugar , cornflour , ghee and , food colour and cardamom powder .
  • STEP 2.Secondly , mix gently and cook this on low to medium flame till starts to thicken . Then add 1 tbsp ghee and mix well when starts to thicken . Cooked halwa and mix well
  • STEP 3.Garnish with finely chopped Cashew , Almonds and Pistachio and Elaichi powder And again cover with paper and roll it for just stick that dry fruit on Halwa and rest 2 hours .
  • STEP 4.Then ready our mahim halva cut and garnish with rose petals and serve it .
