This sweet is a persian delicacy and is made from rice flour, cardamom, and ghee. Saffron is added for a lovely yellow color. Tar halva translates to moist halva. While surfing the net, i came across this halva and immediately thought of making it as it looked very simple. It is very similar to our regular whole wheat flour halva; just the technique being changed a bit.
