• 8 cup Chicken
• 2 tablespoon Olive oil
• 1 Large onion chopped
• 1 Medium leek chopped
• 4 Large carrots chopped
• 4 Large celery stalks chopped
• 3 Cloves garlic diced
• As required Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
• 1 teaspoon Onion powder
• 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

• 4 cup Leftover ham chopped
• 2 can Cannellini beans rinsed and drained
• 2 Whole bay leaves
