STEP 2.1 bring to boil in a pan 1 ½ cup water, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp of ghee.
STEP 3.2 when the water starts boiling, add 1 cup of roasted rice flour.

STEP 14.3 roll the balls twitch hands to form a circular sheet. Stuff the filling into each sheet and wrap it again to form a ball.
STEP 15.4 do the stuffing and fillings for the remaining dough.
STEP 16.5 in a steamer, steam the kozhukattas for 12-15 minutes on medium flame.
