STEP 2.Add water in a cooking vessel and boil it for 5 mins

STEP 5.Now add all the masala and mix well.

STEP 7.Add ghee in a pan and heat it . Add cumin seeds and minced garlic. Saute for a minute.
STEP 8.Now pour the tadka into the ratia.
